Two separate free quotas, so a listing that converts to a transaction in the normal flow stays free end-to-end. When you start your second of either, it's a flat $49 per account per month for the whole platform: listings, private showings, open houses with QR sign-in, offer management with public submission portal, seller portal with side-by-side compare, and the contract-to-close transaction engine. Same price whether you're a listing agent, a TC, or both.

How team billing works

Every account is self-billed by default: each agent and each TC pays $49 for their own workspace. An agent can opt in to cover their TCs from Settings → Billing; when that toggle is on, the agent's monthly bill absorbs a $49 seat for each linked TC who doesn't already have their own subscription. TCs who already subscribe themselves are never billed twice — we always skip them on the agent's seat count.

A TC working for more than one agent can let any of them sponsor their seat (or pay themselves once and stay sponsored-status across every agent they're linked with). The TC never receives a separate invoice when an agent is covering them.

Which states do you support?

Full form-specific support is live in 33 states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Hawaii, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin. Each is built by hand — the exact purchase-agreement form (RPA, TREC, FAR/BAR, etc.), deadline math, and compliance rules — and ClosingDay auto-detects the form from the contract. Not in one of those states? The full agent workspace and AI contract reading still work in any U.S. state today; your state lights up with form-specific extraction and compliance as we add it. No price difference either way.
